Summary and Setup

This is a new lesson built with The Carpentries Workbench.

Equipment


You will need the following equipment to bake these sourdough cinnamon rolls:

  • Baking vessel, you could use one of the following:
    • 12” cast iron skillet
    • Deep baking tray (metal or enamel)
    • Springform pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Bench scraper (can also use a knife)
  • Box grater
  • Spatula or wooden spoon
  • Pastry brush (not strictly necessary, but helpful)
