Summary and Setup
This is a new lesson built with The Carpentries Workbench.
Equipment
You will need the following equipment to bake these sourdough cinnamon rolls:
- Baking vessel, you could use one of the following:
- 12” cast iron skillet
- Deep baking tray (metal or enamel)
- Springform pan
- Mixing bowls
- Bench scraper (can also use a knife)
- Box grater
- Spatula or wooden spoon
- Pastry brush (not strictly necessary, but helpful)
